Committee formed to evaluate land prices
Bhalwal: To determine the fair market value of real estate for the purpose of registry and transfer of government-owned land, a four-member committee has been formed, reported a news source. The committee comprises two member from Punjab Revenue Department and two representatives of property dealers.
According to Bhalwal Assistant Commissioner Adnan Fareed Afridi, the suggestions put forth by the committee members will be used for determining property valuation rates. Afridi said so while talking to representatives of real estate agents in his office. He affirmed that property valuation will be done in a way that’s not objectionable.
