NOC Status
The developer has submitted an application with the RDA to get an NOC for Royal Farm Houses, which as of today, is in process. As soon as there is an update on it, we will keep you posted.

Currently, the project is in pre-launch phase, where plots are offered on special rates for a limited period of time. Prices of plots offered right now also includes development charges, but will be included in the new price list offered after the official launch of Royal Farm Houses.
