Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Director General (DG) Rana Akbar Hayat has instructed the concerned departments to upload the details of illegal private housing societies on the official website of RDA, reported a new source. He expressed these views during a briefing given on Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering.
Hayat also instructed the RDA staff to not feel threatened or intimidated by any real estate developer and continue to deal evenhandedly with all of those involved in practice of setting up illegal housing societies. He also said that since the RDA’s Building & Zoning Regulations staff is aware of all the illegal real estate developments in the city, it should upload the details on RDA’s official website.
