Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has decided to launch new housing schemes under private-public partnership, reported a news source. The joint-venture policy for FGEHF housing project was approved by the cabinet division.
At the moment, the foundation is yet to deliver previous projects launched under such arrangements including Thalian Housing Scheme, Bhara Kahu Green Enclave, and sector F-14 and F-15.
The foundation operates under Ministry of Housing & Works and is meant to arrange affordable residential plots for the government employees. So far, the FGEHF hasn’t delivered any project.
