NOC and launch
According to Barcelona Estate & Builders CEO Muhammad Imran, all the formalities and documentation for its NOC are complete. He explained that by the end of May, the NOC will be acquired.
He further explained that the primary reason for the slight delay is that at first, they were acquiring NOCs block by block, but now that they have handed over the required land to RDA, acquisition will begin soon.
On the topic of the project’s launch, he explained that while there has been a soft launch, and the developers have already signed a marketing deal with Star Marketing, they were waiting to kick off their project and campaign officially after the NOC was granted. Now that it has been acquired, things will go at a faster pace.
Project Details
PIA Enclave comprises of six blocks from Block A to Block F. On offer are 5-marla, 10-marla, and 1-kanal residential plots available on instalments. A number of promised features include wide roads, round the clock security and CCTV monitoring, along with all the utilities. Other amenities and facilities will include a school, college and a public library to take care of all the educational needs of the residents.
While the education of the residents is being taken care of, health is not far behind. PIA Enclave is going to be a peaceful, luxurious housing scheme with parks, playgrounds, and a sports complex.

The plots, sized 5-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal, are available on 3-year instalment plans at affordable prices. They become even more affordable if you are a PIA employee.
