Rawalpindi: The governing bodies of Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA), Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) have been dissolved, according to a news source. This has raised budgetary concerns for the agencies because their budgets could not be passed.
The governing bodies were dissolved after the terms of old provincial and national assemblies ended. This has resulted in dissolution for the governing bodies of these agencies as well. The Budget 2018-19 could not be prepared properly without these bodies.
