Rawalpindi: Water supply resumed from Khanpur, which provided relief for the water shortage in the area under Rawalpindi Cantonment Board, a news source reported. During the holidays, the area had a consistent supply of water, which was appreciated by the residents of the area.
Previously RCB was facing water shortage and had even banned new water connections for a while. However, despite this, RCB was able to provide consistent supply of water during eid and water from Khanpur Damn provided help in this regard.
