PTDC expects more tourists during Eid holidays

Islamabad: The Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) and local travel agents have already started receiving bookings from domestic tourists for Eid holidays, according to a news report. The PTDC Managing Director Abdul Ghafoor has said that various tour packages announced in the start of the summer season will continue during these holidays as well.
Ghafoor also indicated that people had been booking hotels and houses in hilly picnic spots for some time now. He mentioned that Murree, Nathia gali, Ayubia, Bhurban, Patriata, Abbottabad, Swat, Naran, Kaghan, Shogran, Rawalkot, Neelum Valley, and Gilgit-Baltistan had been witnessing a surge in domestic tourism for some time now.
